Sid is one of the best massages I've ever had, out of a lot! With how precise & in depth they seem to get with every muscle, you can tell they must have a real appreciation for anatomy.

The way Sid worked on me really reminded me why another human's touch is irreplaceable. I could feel them listening to my body and gave me attention in places I didn't know I needed so badly.

My shoulders feel even again! And I've never felt so relaxed during a deep tissue massage. I felt like I didnt even need to say where I hurt because you went exactly to it! Thank you so much. I'll be back soon.

The swelling in my legs and ankles has gone down significantly since starting to see Sid. They have an amazing, delicate but firm touch and I always look forward to our sessions.
For pain relief, improved functional movement, emotional well-being & mental health, circulatory health, & increased focus and energy.
Intersectionally-focused, with priority given to QTBIPOC and low-income clients.
A space to begin reclaiming relationships with health and our bodies.
A space designed to fill in the gaps of a medical & wellness industry too often embedded in practices that under-serve, if not actively harm.
A space resistant to inaccessible cost, over-medication, identity/body discrimination, unrealistic separations of body from ´mind´ or individuals from environment, and to symptom- more than cause-focused, science- more than human-centered, treatments.
A space to invest not into what is profitable but what is preventative. Not into what is ´fast´ but what is sustainable. A space designed with the patience to treat People not symptoms, and to accept that that could never happen with ´universal´ formulas.
